At ApexSouq, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We carefully inspect and package every order, but if you face an issue with your delivered product, we’re here to help.

Customers may submit a return request within 3 business days of receiving the product.
After 3 business days, returns will not be accepted under any circumstances.

1. Conditions for Return Eligibility

A return request will be approved only if one of the following conditions is met:

  • The product was delivered broken or physically damaged.

  • The product is faulty or not functioning properly due to a technical issue.

  • The wrong product was delivered (different model, color, or item than ordered).

2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals included.

  • Show no signs of external damage caused after delivery.

  • Include proof of purchase (order ID or invoice).

ApexSouq reserves the right to inspect the returned item before approving a replacement or refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products that have been used, installed, or tampered with.

  • Items returned after the 3-business-day window.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.

  • Personal care items, hygiene products, or digital goods.

4. How to Submit a Return Request

If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your ApexSouq account.

  2. Go to Orders → Request Return.

  3. Select the product and provide details with clear photos showing the issue.

  4. Our support team will review your request and contact you within 24–48 hours.

5. Refund or Replacement

Once the return is approved and the product is received:

  • You may choose between a replacement or a full refund (if stock is unavailable).

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping or handling fees are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by ApexSouq.
